T.S. Bunt, the Head of the Administrative Office

The Administrative Office was established in 1957 by the Order of the Director of Ternopil Medical Institute.

P.P. Tymoshenko was the first head of the Office according to the order No. 11, dated May 15, 1957.

On July 30, 1957, by the Order of the Institute No. 102, O.M. Trembovlev was appointed as an archivist.

The tasks of the newly established department were: organization of office work of the educational institution; ensuring a single procedure for documentation of Ternopil Medical Institute; control over the documents and their preparation for transferring to the archive.

From 1957 to 1970 E.V. Mysula was a typist of the Administrative Office; from 1970 to 1999 she was the Head of the Office; from 1999 to 2007 – a file clerk.

From 1999 to 2005 H.D. Kostyshyn was the Head of the Office and from 2005 to 2010 – A.V. Chernetska. In 2010-2012, N.M. Ratushniak, V.V. Kachor and A.O. Melnyk ran the Administrative Office.

From 1970 to 2005 Z.P. Vlasova and I.I. Herasymova worked in the archive, from 2005 to 2014 – M.I. Perduta; from 2014 to 2018 Slobodian S.S. was the Head of the archive. Since 2018 Korolyshyn L.M. has been the Head of the Archive.

Since 2012, the office has been headed by T.S. Bunt. According to the Order of the University No. 408, dated September 12, 2016, the Administrative Office was retitled as the Administrative Office and Archive.

The main tasks of the office are to establish a single procedure for management information documentation and organization of work with official documents of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. In accordance with the main tasks, the office and the archive develop instructions on record keeping, compile a consolidated nomenclature of cases of the university, timely approve and inform the structural units. Employees of the Administrative Office and Archive organize the copying and distribution of orders, instructions of the rector and vice-rectors of the university; admit documents from the structural units for storage in the archive, conduct a preliminary examination of their value, organize the archival files; develop and improve the reference tools for archival documents; control the completing of documents; provide prompt search for information on documents; prepare, register business trips; provide deans, departments and other units with official forms and control their proper use; register documents “For official use”.
